Rebuilt Parts and Components

Rebuilding process:

The remanufacturing process is similar whether carried out by an OEM or independent remanufacturer. However, independent manufacturers not only use OEM parts, but also parts from original component suppliers (OCM). They may also incorporate specialist parts form world renowned manufacturers such as Timken or Spicer for bearings, Mahle for pistons, Denso or Bosch Rexroth.

Quality and Reliability:

Reman components and parts purchased from the equipment manufacturer correspond 100 % to the original specifications and are almost comparable to a new part. Highest reliability and full warranty are guaranteed by the OEM.

Cost Savings:

Up to 10-15% cheaper than new OEM parts, or more when the core is returned. Reman parts reduce downtime costs as they are a faster and more cost-effective replacement option. There is no compromise on quality.

Range:

We supply OEM and OCM parts for leading brands, including but not limited.

Warranty and Support:

All Factory reman parts come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. This is identical to the warranty for the equivalent new part.
