Independent remanufacturers specialize in major components, for example drivetrain components, engines or hydraulic systems. Remanufacturers usually procure entire used machines, dismantling them to retrieve the component cores, which are then rebuild to the original OEM specifications.

The remanufacturing process is similar whether carried out by an OEM or independent remanufacturer. However, independent manufacturers not only use OEM parts, but also parts from original component suppliers (OCM). They may also incorporate specialist parts form world renowned manufacturers such as Timken or Spicer for bearings, Mahle for pistons, Denso or Bosch for fuel systems, Bosh Rexroth or Parker for hydraulic systems.

We only work with the best ISO-certified remanufacturers because they are highly specialized, so that the quality and service life are comparable with the original manufacturers. The perfect choice for older machines that can still give service but aren’t worth major investment. On some components the cost savings can be 20-45%.The components are usually sold outright, so you don’t need to consider core exchange. However, exchange remains an option.

We provide a limited parts and labor 1 year/2000 hours (whichever comes first) warranty with all the components and parts that we supply. If only replacement parts are needed for the repair, we will deliver them to you, and if the damage is not too extensive, we can even organize on-site service. Note that, in the event of serious damage, the part must be returned in order to be repaired.
