Factory reman parts — new performance, lower cost

All factory reman parts come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. This is identical to the warranty for the equivalent new part — no compromise on coverage, no compromise on quality.

Manufacturers recondition used parts and components to make them as good as new. The older the machine, the more reman parts are offered by the manufacturer. Sale is usually made in exchange for the old component core, but parts can also be purchased without returning it.

Components are completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected for hairline cracks and damage using special tools and liquids. Parts undergo machining, re-boring, re-grinding, polishing, and re-sealing. Worn-out parts are completely replaced by new OEM parts, then inspected and tested to original specifications.

Reman components purchased from the equipment manufacturer correspond 100% to original specifications and are almost comparable to a new part. Short lead-times reduce equipment downtime. Up to 10–15% cheaper than new OEM parts, or much more when the core is returned.
