The older the machine, the more reman parts are offered by the manufacturer until the production of new parts is phased out and only remanufactured parts are available. In this way, manufacturers extend the maintenance cycle and lifetime of machines, which is cost-effective and reduces carbon emissions associated to the machine, and site.

Remanufacturing Process
In a reman process, the components are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected for hairline cracks and damage using special tools and liquids.

Reman components and parts purchased from the equipment manufacturer correspond 100 % to the original specifications and are almost comparable to a new part. Highest reliability and full warranty are guaranteed by the OEM.
